I’m Jan Kratochvil — tech founder and property investor living in Asunción 🇵🇾, and the person behind TuLugar.com, a platform aggregating 20,000+ Latin American property listings. I built this newsletter to inspire others to explore what’s possible in Latin American real estate — without the noise, the bad data, or the broker hype.
